Mabel Gray is a small, innovative, farm-to-table restaurant with an ever-changing seasonal menu and devotion to local Michigan produce. Making the list of semifinalists for Best New Restaurant, and earning praise from critics, Mabel Gray aims to create an unexpected yet delightful experience.

We set the scene for this project by collaborating with a friend and talented photographer to capture the beauty of seasonal Michigan produce, the craftsmanship of the chef, and the post-industrial appeal of Detroit’s architecture. The website is intentionally limited, highlighting the goals of the chef and giving potential customers anticipation for an unpredictable, yet exhilarating experience.
